Our leading solution, PerlDesk, allows you to handle all of your incoming emails and web submission in a browser based interface. Your staff can access and manage all outstanding emails and issues easily, and you can measure how effective your current operations are.
Our other products include Kambee, an internet survey solution that allows you to create a survey within minutes. You can easily collect and measure responses via an easy to use interface. LogicBill, an eCommerce solution that you can install on your web site to handle your sales and online invoicing. LogicReach, is a web site monitoring service. In todays ecommerce world, your web site is critical to your operations - LogicReach ensures your site is up and running 24/7. In the event it is unavailable we can email and send an SMS to a desired contact.
Company History
Founded in 2001 by John Bennett, LogicNow Limited is a privately owned, debt free company that has grown at a steady and progressive rate year on year. This year has seen the launch of 2 more products, Kambee and LogicReach to complement our existing solutions, we have also released major updates of our existing products. Our earliest product, PerlDesk, is a leading solution for companies looking to effectively streamline their email or help desk communications.
